When trying to work out the schedule for our film selections, Google Calendar proved indispensible – we had calendars for our First Picks, Second Picks, and Other Picks, all laid out in different colours on a week-view calendar. We could enter exact start and end times of everything we were interested in and see if we had any conflicting times before filling out our order form.
It was really helpful in the planning, and now we’re using it to store all of our official schedule along with details and descriptions about all of the films we’re seeing, as well as a list of other interesting films that we may pick up while we’re in town depending on how we feel.
